UPDATE

 The truth is the county commissioners have never tried to work with me. I want dogs to live a humane life. I don't like animal abuse. No matter how hard I try, the commissioners refuse to believe we want 24/7 tethering to stop. 

Be a voice and email the commissioners or call them to ask them to stop allowing 24/7 tethering.

Evie: The Commissioners and I have tried working with you but I don’t know that you are the right person to carry this forward. You are tainted and have a grudge against the Commissioners because you didn’t get exactly what you wanted. The Commissioners work for 70,000 citizens the majority don’t believe as you do. Their job is to work the majority.
