Every day, dogs are left tethered 24/7 by TROLLEY/RUNNERS in Troup County, Georgia. Left alone, they are scared and lonely. Tethering is dangerous and cruel to animals. Our local rescues get the honor of seeing these mistreated dogs in the shelters when they are left behind or finally taken from the owners after, sometimes, years of unjust punishment. The dogs left on TROLLEYS tend to become very territorial of their tethered areas. Many neighboring cities do not allow 24/7 tethering, such as West Point, Newnan, Coweta County, and Grantville.
