Today the Troup County commissioners passed a new ordinance that will no longer allow tethering to a stationary object or by chain. I want to thank everyone who took the time to sign and cared about our dogs. While I prefer Dogs be inside and in a fence at least this will put an end to chains. If you live somewhere that allows this inhumane treatment of dogs please step up and help it can be done.
