He made me aware that they have sent a legal notice to change.org aginst this petition because we are causing defamation of the brand. They are refusing to acknowledge that this is a known issue because they don't have any complaints officially even though all the owners have been to the service centre multiple times trying to resolve this issue. I have made Mr Siddharth aware of my past problems with the dealerships and the people running them. I have asked to speak with Mr Sumbly and have offered to collectively help the respective technical experts in any help they require including making my bike, and other riders bikes from Delhi available for an diagnosis and hopefully find a resolution which can be then applied to all owners across the country by their respective dealers.
