I appreciate we all have busy lives so I thought this would be a good way to understand how many people aren't happy with Trinity Estates. Personally I am not happy with the service charge costs and the unexpected rise with no validation to why these costs keep going up. It's extortionate for what service is received. Following on from a few posts on social media it's become quite clear that others aren't happy also therefore action needs to be taken.

I am in talks with a Regional Manager for Trinity and it would be good to get an understanding of how many people aren't happy so this can be shown to Trinity so a discussion could be had on how they are to rectify the issues and improve their service going forward.
