*Trigger ⚠️ Warning* Keeping A Monster, A Convicted Child Predator Behind Bars

*Trigger ⚠️ Warning* Keeping A Monster, A Convicted Child Predator Behind Bars
The Issue
Unfortunately, from a very young age my daughter endured unspeakable abuse and lifelong trauma at the hands of my ex boyfriend whom I was once engaged to. Despite him facing 14 charges total, that not only included 11 child sexual abuse charges, but also 3 witness tampering charges. He tried to hire someone to kill us that he knew personally that was in county jail with him. He wanted to have us killed so we wouldn’t testify against him at our upcoming trial about the abuse. He eventually took a plea deal in May 2024 after going to trial once already and we were preparing for another trial with our incredible team of attorneys, advocate and investigators from the MO State Attorney Generals Office. He plead guilty to and was convicted of 2 child abuse counts and 1 witness tampering count. Not to my surprise, he has an upcoming parole hearing this coming July 2026, mind you he was sentenced on August 21, 2024 and was also given time served. He found every way possible to drag the courts along for over 4 long years because this all began in June of 2020 when my daughter bravely came forward about the abuse. This “man” has a known history of abuse, documented violence and inflicting harm on those who are close to him. Myself, as well as many of his ex girlfriends from his “past” and “during” his and I’s relationship, also endured years of abuse by the hands of this monster. The choices he made are not just a one time thing that happened, or a one time incident or just an isolated mistake, it was a continuous choice and he has repeatedly threatened to harm and unalive me in detail, harmed my children and others around us. He is a danger to society and this CANNOT be brushed aside or swept under the rug, like the years of abuse I endured did. Releasing this “man” back into society would put countless others at risk including mine and my children’s lives as well. I truly fear for our lives and any potential victims of his in the future and past if he is released from prison. Some statistics reveal that recidivism rates among sexual offenders are troublingly high, with many offenders reoffending upon release. (Recidivism is the tendency of a convicted criminal to reoffend) PLEASE STAND WITH US IN SAYING NO TO HIS RELEASE!!! This “man” is currently incarcerated for the choices he made, yet even that sentence is not enough and does NOT reflect the gravity of his actions in his 39 years of life! My petition is aimed at gathering support and signatures for Keeping A Monster, A Convicted Child Predator Behind Bars!!! We just want to make sure that no one else falls victim to him or suffers the lifelong repercussions from the choices he made to hurt each and every one of us. If we get enough signatures, we pray it will help with our testimonies when we go to his parole hearing in July and speak in front of the Missouri Department of Corrections Parole Board. Please join us in protecting our future generations and making sure that justice is truly served. I ask this not just for me, my children, or his children, I ask because I care for the safety and well being of those around me and the communities that surround us. Please stand with us to change the way our justice system works, STOP protecting child predators and START protecting our children. Please stand with us in saying NO to his early release. “Too often, crimes against children end in plea deals. A predator commits an unthinkable act, and instead of facing the full consequences, they plead down to lesser charges, sometimes avoiding the sex offender registry altogether. Then they walk free, only to hurt another child. So many young girls and boys endure these kinds of crimes in silence, afraid to come forward because they’ve seen how often the system fails to hold predators accountable. It’s time to change that, to demand real justice and REAL protection for our children. We need stronger laws that protect children, NOT predators. NO MORE PLEA DEALS FOR CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN.” I copied parts of this paragraph above from another petition we fully support and believe in and we would be truly grateful if you could go support them and sign their petition too. You can find them by going to https://c.org/mQX2skMvpB or change.org > Criminal Justice > Stop Plea Deals for Child Predators. This petition is going to the U.S. House of Representatives, for decision making by U.S. House Rep. Nancy Mace & 54 other “Decision Makers”. Please join us and sign their petition and let's help “Stop Plea Deals for Child Predators” and make some real changes in the judicial system and all around our country. Thank you for taking the time in reading and/or signing our petition. Feel free to share this with the world! We truly appreciate you so much. Have a blessed day! Our voices are stronger together!
