We, the People of Earth, ask our Governments to end this cycle of bloodshed.

To accomplish this, we are co-signing the following Global Constitution:

This Constitution bans War by forbidding all forms of Harm, and it creates Peace by forgiving all Debts, and mediating all Disputes. It empowers Citizens and confronts Inequalities. Through this it addresses the feelings of powerlessness that cause people to act through violence.

The purpose of this Constitution is to create a Blank Slate, giving Humanity the opportunity for a new Era of Community.
