What you need to know is that there is already a group of passionate and skilled people working on this project.   

Meetings with East Gippsland Water, the owner of the tower, Tim Bull and Darren Chester have been had, all of whom are supporters of the project.  A business plan has already been submitted and funding support for materials is already available.  There are a few hurdles to overcome but this project given your support is something that is likely to come about.  It's not simply a vision or a dream, some very dedicated people have already spent time and effort to bring this into reality.  Please be sure to spread the message and have your friends sign as well.   Many thanks.
