This petition is intended to overturn the HOA restriction on poultry within the Trails at Culebra Community. 

Proposed regulation will allow each single-family household no more than six poultry animals, including chickens and quail, limited to the backyard.  Proper care and maintenance is at the responsibility of each individual household.
