PLEASE SIGN FOR A CROSSWALK/TRAFFIC CALMING AT 84TH AVE. & 209A ST.

Willoughby Trail located at 84th Ave and 209A Street was created in 2007. Many of the locals have repeatedly asked The Township of Langley to install a crosswalk/traffic calming measures here but unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful with our requests.  This is an extremely dangerous area to cross at due to poor visibility from cars parked along the sides of the road as well as many people driving over the speed limit.  Many people cross here daily to enjoy the trail, pond and even some children have no other alternative but to cross here to get to school.  The speed limit is 50 km but most people are driving well above the speed limit.   

Please sign and include a comment stating why you think a crosswalk/traffic calming measures should be installed at this location. If other trails have crosswalks/traffic calming in the area why is there not one installed here?
