Officer Conley ( Badge# 645)  harassed my wife and disabled daughter at the Little Elm Park.  I have contacted the city administration office and a formal compliant is forthcoming.

A witness posted what they saw on Facebook and apparently this is his standard way he operates. Many women have responded that he has harassed them too! 

My family of Mexican descendant was PROFILED  by this individual who calls himself an officer of the Little Elm Police Department.  

He first approached my wife because he suspected the vehicle was not hers. He further accused MY FAMILY of defrauding the state by using the designated handicapped spot - even though the car was parked properly displaying the handicapped placard. He began to lecture my family on how “That’s what SOME PEOPLE DO”..... inferrring and flat out saying we could be using handicapped placards of a deceased family member. 

When my wife inquired to his motives and if other park patrons (others who also had vehicles stationed in the designated handicapped vehicle spots) were being asked about the validity of their placards/disability? - His response was “No, just you.” 

Our handicapped placards  ARE valid and further registered to my wife’s  very own license/ID #.

Officer Conley chose to make assumptions and determination based on HIS prejudices and that is WRONG - preying on my wife and women like my wife with children and family they care for FULL TIME++ ( mind you) is VICIOUS and COWARDLY.

As long as Police officers like Conley are out in the streets operating independent to and ABOVE the law OUR COMMUNITIES ARE NOT SAFE!

Please sign this petition to have Officer Conley removed from the field while a proper evaluation of his personal conduct and capacities to serve as a peace officer are completed.
