We the undersigned petition the Town of Fort Erie to do the following... 

Remove fencing and restore public access to the waterfront (Lake Erie) at Graeber Ave and Crystal Beach Drive in the village of Crystal Beach (Town of Fort Erie) a.s.a.p.                                                      

Note, this property (Road Allowance) has been an open public access point to Lake Erie uninhibited for decades and recently fenced off the week of July 2020 with no prior consultation with the Town of Fort Erie.

Have a land survey conducted of the unopened "road allowance" of Greaber Ave., south of Crystal Beach Drive, commonly referred to as Graeber Avenue unopened road allowance.

Deal with any encroachments that currently exist on unopened road allowance consistent with town policy, and other precedent setting situations of a similar nature within the Municipality.

Ensure that all efforts are made to restore and preserve public access to Lake Erie at Graeber Ave unopened road allowance.
