Hello, I’m here to try and raise awareness and get Espanola, Ontario a skatepark. This town has nothing for the youth, our playground parks are outdated, there’s nothing for us to do, tons of kids/teens/adults including myself have been kicked out, threatened, almost charged simply for riding our bikes, skateboards, and scooters on properties such as The Bourcier Funeral Home, we NEED a skatepark, the amount of kids and teens who grow up with nothing to do causes a big issue in our community, this promotes kids into  getting into undesirable behaviour simply because there’s “nothing better to do”. If there was a skatepark, kids, teens and adults could all avoid getting tickets, and charges. Building a skatepark could create more opportunities and could allow kids to have some amazing fun, gain new social skills and outdoor physical activities. I am begging for our communities help to get us a skatepark, and to give the kids something to do. Thank you for your time.
