In a world plagued by violence and strife, pursuing peace becomes essential to human existence and well-being, not merely an ideal. Even with all of our progress in other areas, the threat of conflict still looms large over countries, neighbourhoods, and people everywhere. The goal of this advocacy concept paper is to present a vision of a world free from war and to suggest concrete measures that can be taken to further this admirable goal.

We seek to examine the underlying causes of war in order to present a vision and plan for bringing about world peace. It seeks to increase public awareness, encourage communication, push for nonviolent conflict resolution, back disarmament, fund peacebuilding, encourage global collaboration, and give people the tools they need to work toward a world free of violence.
