As residents of Mayfair on the Green, a condo complex with 867 households, we are strongly opposed to the application to build a 90-foot high storage facility at the corner of Neilson and McLevin. This building will be an eyesore in our neighborhood. It will obstruct the view of many residents and impair property values.

We are not opposed to an appropriate development, and would accept the one-storey commercial buildings originally proposed. Please REJECT the application for the proposed storage facility at 1370 Neilson Road.
