Tornado shelters should be mandated by federal law at all high residential areas

The Issue

Due to the 2023 and recent years of data pouring in from the NWS, NOAA, TWC, ACCUWEATHER and All other platforms, it has come to my attention that due to the Violent and otherwise blatant uptick of tornadic weather in the Midwest, south, and western states that I should declare this petition, I live in an area of convergence of Midwest, southern and northern Great Lakes region of America known as Northern Kentucky, we have had more than our fair share of 80 mph straight line winds, EF1 and 2 tornadoes, 12 inches of rain in 30 minutes due to flash floods, and all other modes of severe weather in the recent 30 years I’ve been alive, there has been many of people in my region injured, killed or otherwise severely affected by the uptick in violent weather in the recent years, I am writing this as a tenant, and worker of an apartment community of 84 units and 300 lessees at an average whom don’t have a storm shelter or safety plan in place in the south, Midwest or otherwise more rural poverty stricken areas of high residential areas of women, children elderly and or disabled people whom live in high residential neighborhoods, I am asking the federal government to step in and make a storm or disaster designated underground facility mandated by state federal and local levels to protect lives and save poverty ridden areas of America both rural and urban high residential areas to have a sanctuary from storms and violent weather to emerge alive safe and help rebuild what is theirs as much as is yours and give them as much a chance as we all as an equal human deserve
