There were two clients of the Independent Cinema Office (ICO) here in Wales. As we know they severed ties with PACL earlier this year over failure to pay bills for film hire thus depriving residents of a wonderful monthly film programme. The other client in Wales is up North at the Galeri in Caernarfon which continues to thrive. Just follow the link below to see the great range of films being screened in the town in November ....that's what we could have been watching in Penarth on a dark evening had PACL not mismanaged our cinema so badly. Let's hope sooner or later someone takes it over to run it properly
