I am a victim of Domestic Violence Sexual Assault and Gun Violence. Recently a friend  of mine Ellie loss her Daughter to Domestic Violence and this hit Home for me. Not only did TONIE make me come out and tell my story she made me feel unashamed to talk about it.  TONIE was only 22 who left a loving mother and family and a precious little girl name Charlie.  I would like to make this a Felony and help stop this abuse on woman that has become the norm.  Restraining orders don’t work. We need this law to be more strict jail time first offense. PLEASE HELP US
