Dear All, Thank you for your continued support. There has been a lot going on in the background regarding or fight. However, despite this TMBC have pushed ahead with the implementation of charges from this morning. This is very disappointing as we have raised a number of legal and procedural issues with them. To date, they continue to refuse to meet with us to discuss issues. This is despite a commitment made to the TMBC Cabinet that they would do so. We ware continuing to fight, so please don't give up on us. In the meantime, please do not stop coming to visit West Malling. Our small, independent businesses rely on people like yourselves, more so than ever now. If you find any problems with the machines etc in the car park, please let us know at contact@westmalling.info. We have not given up and will continue to fight to right this injustice.
