Today, we are asking the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack to publish a 'USDA HORSE PROTECTION ACTIVITY REPORT" on or before Thursday, April 16, 2015, to let us know how many "SORE" Horses the USDA found at the two Horse Shows.
