There are many hyouka fans on the west,and western fans of hyouka have no official legal means of reading the manga or the novels.

Here i ask for tokyopop to translate the hyouka manga to english and kadokawa shoten to give translation rights to a  western light novel or book publisher so the hyouka novels can be translated to english.
