I am an open book. Those who know me can already tell you that. I was a CNA for 10 years. I have volunteered for missing persons groups. I have volunteered for youth groups. I have donated to the community to those less fortunate. I have held park clean up days. I have done extensive volunteer work with animal shelters and strays. I am a mother to 6, 1 of which which is autistic. My entire life has been dedicated to the wellbeing of my children, or helping others. I am avidly open about myself and my failures. I am avidly open about my children, and their mistakes. I have countless therapists, principals, teachers, doctors, family, and friends, that will vouch for that. Some will even say I'm so upfront about my children's mistakes, at times they see it as a fault. I will also defend my children even more so with my last breath if need be. So let me make something very clear. My daughter, and her friend are victims of a brutal, unprovoked, unwarranted attack by a 25 year old convict. A convict and family who has done nothing more than terrorize our town with their criminal activities. A convict that constantly has a police presence at their address. A convict who has over 30 convictions. If you type "Majercin" into the LaSalle county court database, you will see the entire family has an extensive criminal history. Don't believe me? Go look for yourself. Additionally to attacking two children under the age of 13, they have also fabricated story beyond story. It's just that folks. STORIES. Every claim they have has been proven as UNFOUNDED with the police department. My daughter even through this traumatic event has gone out of her way to protect her friends. To be the face for the other victims who are too afraid to press charges because they are afraid of being hurt further. My daughter was willing for the video of the most traumatic time in her life to be posted to raise awareness so other children didn't have to suffer what she went through. Excuse my language but my daughter is a damn warrior that is willing to do what's right even if it makes her life more dangerous and harder. At the end of the day the Majercin family can start all the drama they wish. But they will never be able to take away my character, my daughters character, or how immensely proud of her I am. I love you Elly , I have never been more proud of you than I am in this moment of time. We got you sweetie, we support you, and there isn't a DAMN thing this family full of convicts can do to ever hurt you again.
