Have you been watching the BBC Three's disability season? These are fantastic documentaries which need to be seen by as many as possible, yet in six months time we could lose it from our television screens, and with the budget cuts an online-only BBC Three won't be able to make as many shows. Bosses tell us the BBC Three audience don't watch TV these days, yet so many of these shows that aired in the past month have trended on social media as they are broadcast. I know because I've been there tweeting along with you all. Right now the government is looking for opinions on the future of the BBC and it's vital we contact them expressing an opinion that the BBC should have enough funding to keep BBC Three on TV. Email your opinions with a name and address to BBCCharterReviewConsultation@culture.gov.uk. Copy in the BBC Trust's own consultation at tomorrow@bbc.co.uk too. There are also a number of Twitter accounts we should continue to tweet our views to: https://twitter.com/jwhittingdale - John Whittingdale MP (Government Minister for the Media) https://twitter.com/DCMS - The Government's Departure of Culture, Media, and Sport http://www.twitter.com/bbctrust - The BBC Trust https://twitter.com/DannyCohen - Danny Cohen (BBC Director of Television) https://twitter.com/markdamazer - Mark Damazer (BBC Trust Board Member) https://twitter.com/markflorman - Mark Florman (BBC Trust Board Member) https://twitter.com/SuzannaTaverne - Suzanna Taverne (BBC Trust Board Member) http://www.twitter.com/bbc - The BBC Mention the hashtag #savebbc3.
