DENNE PETITION HANDLER OM TO PIGER
To spanske piger opholder sig i øjeblikket i Danmark, adskilt fra deres familie og langt fra det støtte-netværk, de har i Spanien.
Deres familie har i længere tid forsøgt at finde en løsning, så pigerne kan vende tilbage til Spanien og igen være omgivet af de mennesker, der elsker dem og er en del af deres liv.
Men bag procedurer, afgørelser og sagsakter er der noget, vi ikke må glemme:
DER ER TO PIGER.
Deres far blev også adskilt fra dem under denne proces. Han blev anklaget i forbindelse med sine døtre og sad frihedsberøvet i flere uger.
Fra begyndelsen fastholdt han sin uskyld.
Efter den retlige behandling blev han frifundet og løsladt uden dom.
I dag er han i Spanien.
Hans døtre er stadig i Danmark.
Derfor stiller vi spørgsmålet:
HVEM LYTTER TIL PIGERNE?

THIS PETITION IS FOR TWO GIRLS
Two Spanish girls are currently in Denmark, separated from their family and far from the support network they have in Spain.
Their family has been trying to find a solution that would allow them to return to Spain and once again be surrounded by the people who love them and are part of their lives.
But behind procedures, decisions and case files, there is something we must not forget:
THERE ARE TWO GIRLS.
Their father was also separated from them during this process. He was accused in connection with his daughters and spent weeks in detention.
From the beginning, he maintained his innocence.
Following the legal proceedings, he was acquitted and released free of charges.
Today, he is in Spain.
His daughters remain in Denmark.
And therefore we ask:
WHO IS LISTENING TO THE GIRLS?
🇪🇸 THEIR FAMILY AND SUPPORT NETWORK ARE IN SPAIN
The girls have family in Spain.
They have people who love them and are waiting for them.
They have a support network that wants to be there for them.
Their family is therefore asking for the possibility of the girls returning to Spain and being reunited with their family to be seriously considered, always in accordance with applicable law and with their safety and well-being as the priority.
We ask for something fundamental:
THAT THE GIRLS ARE HEARD.
That they have the opportunity to say how they feel.
That their voices are taken into consideration.
That their family and personal circumstances are considered.
And that all authorities involved explore the available legal avenues to find a solution that genuinely protects their well-being.

🇪🇸 ESTA PETICIÓN ES POR DOS NIÑAS
Dos niñas españolas se encuentran actualmente en Dinamarca, separadas de su familia y lejos de la red de apoyo que tienen en España.
Su familia lleva tiempo intentando encontrar una solución para que puedan regresar a España y volver a estar rodeadas de las personas que las quieren y que forman parte de sus vidas.
Pero detrás de procedimientos, decisiones y expedientes hay algo que no podemos olvidar:
HAY DOS NIÑAS.
Dos niñas que están viviendo una situación que no han elegido.
Su padre también fue separado de ellas durante este proceso. Fue acusado en relación con sus hijas y permaneció semanas privado de libertad.
Desde el principio defendió su inocencia.
Finalmente, tras el procedimiento judicial, fue absuelto y quedó libre de cargos.
Hoy se encuentra en España.
Sus hijas continúan en Dinamarca.
Y por eso hacemos una pregunta:
¿QUIÉN ESTÁ ESCUCHANDO A LAS NIÑAS?
🇪🇸 SU FAMILIA Y SU RED DE APOYO ESTÁN EN ESPAÑA
Las niñas tienen familia en España.
Tienen personas que las quieren y las esperan.
