This is NOT Brendan Blomeley's land to do with as he bloody well likes !!!!
In his complete arrogance Brendan Blomeley has invited the AFL to use Charles Hand Park as the location to launch the AFL Team, name, logo and colours.
Blomeley is fully aware that there are currently 2 petitions circulating AGAINST the HPC and yet he smugly offers this park for the launch.
The AFL team is yet to be finalised, NO STADIUM, NO TEAM that is the threat from the AFL.
Charles Hand Park is a much utilised and extremely valuable land asset to the residents of Clarence. Far too valuable to give to the multi-million dollar AFL for just $1 per year (plus rates).
The location is completey wrong!
Since the decision was made, predominetly by Blomeley, some CCC councillors are beginning to see that perhaps they voted too quickly in favour of this debacle.
