Over the past 15 years Peter Ridsdale has had several titles at PNEFC - Chairman, Director of Football, Advisor the owner and at present company director.

He worked closely with the sadly passed Trevor Hemmings for many years.

However, the dynamics of the football club have now changed, the way football clubs interact with supporters has changed, in the modern media world it is unacceptable that supporters feel threatened or worried when the phone will ring again.

Constant misuse of "club statements" and having control of everything at the football club is holding us back. There is a ever increasing rift appearing between the supporters and the football club which is often made worse by patronising and egotistical nonsense sent out by "the director."

Craig Hemmings may be chairman, Kathryn Rivett may be in charge of the finances but make no mistake Peter Ridsdale has fingers in every pie.

The handling of disgruntled supporter, leading to threats of Police involvement is not something we should be seeing. It stinks of actions of a football club 16 miles down the road used to do.

We where asked in the summer to play our part and we have continued to do so ever since.

It is time for the owners to get a grip of their football club, employ a modern and more respected person at the helm.

The only way you can regain the trust is to show you actually care and remove Peter Ridsdale from his role of total control of OUR football club.
