To Honour the Story of Rafe and kiara — Deleted Scenes or Spinoff is better
The Issue
For five seasons, Rafe Cameron and Kiara Carrera were teased and built up as something meaningful. We, the fans who watch the show deeply, who rewatch every moment, who notice the details — we SAW it. We felt the connection, the understanding, the way they saw parts of each other no one else did. Even people who don’t watch the show regularly see it when they come across edits — the chemistry is undeniable.
Season 5 only made it clearer that there was something more between them. In their final moments, it was obvious how hard it was for Rafe to say goodbye to Kiara — he was always good at saying goodbye to everyone else, but with her? He struggled to get the words out. It wasn’t just a goodbye — it was painful, reluctant, unfinished. And when Kiara replied, "see you" — those words don’t mean goodbye forever. They mean see you soon. They mean this isn’t over.
We feel we were misled. The promos, the trailers, the social media — everything teased that Rafe and Kiara were building toward something, that they might be endgame. To lead the fandom on like that, only to give us an ending that feels rushed and unresolved, feels unprofessional. We know it may not have been the writers’ or social media team’s intention — but the result is that we are now left feeling dismissed, unheard, and in many ways, bullied for caring about these characters.
Rafe and Kiara had the most powerful parallel storylines — both trapped by their families, both misunderstood, both carrying so much pain. They understood each other in a way no one else did. That story deserved to be told properly. Rafe and Sofia? There was no real chemistry, no depth, no connection that felt earned. It felt like a placeholder — not the love story we were teased for five seasons. We are millions strong — watching, creating, loving these characters. We have given this show five years of our passion, our time, and our hearts. We are not asking to rewrite Season 5 — we are asking for the REST of the story. We are asking to be seen and respected as the dedicated fandom we are."See you" is not an ending. It’s a promise. Please don’t break it.
