In the United States, the term constitutional carry, also called permitless carry, refers to the legal carrying of a handgun, either openly or concealed, without a license or permit.

We as Delawareans are guaranteed this right, in the second amendment in the bill of rights. We as law abiding citizens are legally allowed to own and possess guns, but the restrictions currently placed upon us, the citizens of a free state does not allow us from carrying our property alongside us during our day to day lives.

This petition is meant to inform the public and the law abiding citizens of Delaware that we as sovereign citizens and members of a free state shall not have our property limited to whether or not we can conceal it or not. Why the regulation? What piece of my property is next? Shall I display my items on my chest with velcro when someone else deems keys and pencils dangerous? Carrying my property in any manner is my business, not the business of federal, state or local governments.

I'm hoping people support this cause because having more armed law-abiding Americans is only a good thing. I personally care about this because we should not have to pay to get a permit to carry property on our person.
