FC Barcelona, one of the most prestigious football clubs in the world, has been at the center of numerous scandals involving financial fraud, bribing of referees, and various dubious business dealings. These actions not only undermine the integrity of Spanish football but also damage the reputation of the sport globally. The alleged illegal actions include:

 1. Financial Fraud: FC Barcelona has been implicated in a series of financial irregularities, ranging from misreported earnings to dubious transfers. These practices have given the club an unfair competitive advantage over its rivals.
 2. Referee Bribing: Reports and investigations have surfaced suggesting that FC Barcelona has engaged in unethical behavior, including the bribery of referees to influence match outcomes in their favor. Such actions compromise the fairness and integrity of LaLiga.
 3. Doubtful Businesses: The club has been involved in numerous questionable business transactions, including sponsorship deals with entities linked to corruption and illegal activities. These dealings raise serious concerns about the club’s commitment to ethical standards.
 4. Illegal Support from LaLiga: Javier Tebas, the president of LaLiga, has allegedly provided illegal support to FC Barcelona, protecting the club from repercussions that would normally apply to other teams. His actions have called into question the impartiality of LaLiga’s governance.

Given these serious allegations, we demand:

 1. Immediate Relegation of FC Barcelona: FC Barcelona should be relegated by at least three divisions as a consequence of their unethical behavior, setting a precedent that no club is above the law.
 2. Removal of Javier Tebas from LaLiga: Javier Tebas must be immediately removed from his position as president of LaLiga due to his alleged illegal actions in support of FC Barcelona. An independent investigation should be launched to examine his role in these events.

We believe that these actions are necessary to restore the integrity of Spanish football and to ensure that all clubs are held to the same ethical standards. Football should be a fair and honest competition, free from corruption and favoritism.
