Deborah A Roe Of Blossburg charged with aggravated cruelty to 9 animals. Current guidelines call for Up to $1000 - $5000 fine, per incident and up to one year in jail.

She got a $300 fine and 2 years “prohibition on pet ownership”... and 2 yrs probation.
