Andrew Hummel case. Horse deceased and a steer emaciated to the exposing hip and spine bones.

This horse was complained about over 4 times from August - December 2019. It died under the watchful eye of the police and humane officer, who previously had visited the location. We need better follow up on cruelty cases, charges and arrests.
