Cruelty case: Hummels case included a deceased horse and an emaciated steer

After the horse was discovered dead, the humane officer obtained a warrant to remove it along with an emaciated steer. The steer was taken to the Humane Center Rescue in Mainesburg, Pa.  He has improved over the last few months under their care.
