Brian Quiñones was killed by police September 7, 2019 by 3 Richfield and 2 Edina police officers in Richfield, MN. 
Mike Freeman the Hennepin County Prosecutor failed Brian’s Family and the community when he decided not to press charges on any of the 5 killer cops. They returned back to work in their police departments and go home to their families while Brian’s son, mother, wife, siblings, family, friends, and community grieve and fight for his justice every day.
