Major pharmaceutical companies are raking in money meanwhile our state is not thriving to the potential that it can. The incarceration rate for people with marijuana related charges , is ridiculous. It is a waste of tax dollars to continue to incarcerate individuals with marijuana related charges. Let's lower our crime rate, elevate our tax revenue, and help the medical patients who need to use this plant medicinally. Everything can be accomplished by simply legalizing marijuana.
