Mr. Dunford has been severly derelict in his duties to uphold and enforce animal cruelty statutes. He has blatantly failed to act when abuse and neglect have been present, and has failed to protect the animals of Wythe County VA. There was a case of 11 dogs that went undocumented from July 24th 2012 until February 19th 2014, with no violations given to the owner. One dog died as a result of complications from severe flea infestation.
