Tim Hortons: Your new lids spill more, please bring back your old hot beverage lids
Why this petition matters

Tim Hortons changed its lids and they're terrible.
The new lids promised to reduce the number of spills but I -- and many others -- are experiencing MORE spills.
Timmies says the new lids took "two years to develop" and "have been completely redesigned in both function and design with a raised dome, tabbed closure, an improved flow of coffee from the cup and an iconic maple leaf embossed in the lid."
In addition, the "new lid is made from polypropylene, a material that is 100% recyclable."
That's all nice but the fact is, the new lids spill more. Let me state that the old lids are not perfect and did also experience spillage. However, these new lids are not only wasting our money but they're also wasting the beverages they're designed to contain.
I feel this is a throwback the New Coke/Classic Coke saga, but for hot beverage lids.
If you feel the same as I, sign this petition to bring back the old-school Tim Hortons lids.
