Tim Hortons is very inconsistent in offering dairy and lactose free milk options. All Tim Hortons now claim that you can ask for soy or lactose free milk, yet many do not carry it and, when asked, say they are not planning to start carrying it. This makes going to Tim Hortons very challenging for those with dietary issues or preferences who want to go to Tim Hortons but never know if they’ll be able to consume any of the products containing milk. Thus, many people simply stop going to Tim Hortons and can no longer enjoy their beloved Canadian beverages such as Iced Capps.
