The music community & tool fans would like to request that Ticketmaster & tool work together in resolving an issue the entire community faced. While attempting to purchase tickets for the new tour we were robbed of our fair opportunity to purchase tickets at fair market value through Ticketmaster. Most of us patiently waited and the second the site was opened for sales they were all sold out. Within 2 minutes they could be found at anywhere from 2 times to 50 times the original price on scalping sites. Ticketmaster is responsible for preventing this and your measures failed horrendously. We the community would like to request that tickets sales be cancelled, you reimburse the purchasers, and then place the tickets back on sale through means in which actual fans may be able to actually obtain them. We understand you are a large company and have many bright minds working for you so we are sure you can find a way to make this right to your patrons. Scalping tickets at a higher rate is illegal in most states so how these sites are operating and nothing being done is atrocious; we are sure you can find a way to resolve this accordingly. Thank you.
