3. Verification of Approvals
Independent scrutiny of commencement certificates, development permissions, and all documents relied upon for project registration.

4. Investigation into Regulatory Negligence
A thorough inquiry into whether MAHARERA failed to perform its statutory responsibility of protecting homebuyers through proper due diligence.

5. Accountability of Officials
Investigation into the role of public officials, planning authorities, municipal authorities, consultants, and other persons involved in the approval and registration process.

6. Action on Citizen Complaints
Immediate review and public disclosure of actions taken on complaints submitted by homebuyers and whistleblowers.

7. Protection of Whistleblowers
Protection for individuals exposing corruption, fraud, misconduct, and regulatory failures in the public interest.

8. Structural Reform of MAHARERA
An independent review of MAHARERA's functioning, transparency, enforcement mechanisms, and accountability framework, with major reforms wherever necessary.
