Objective

Numerous lawsuits have been filed against news companies, mostly operating in the State of Colorado.  Suits were filed in Federal Courts surrounding Colorado State Actors, Law Enforcement and judicial participation with concealing egregious offenses committed against the people including my entire family and myself by FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, The Denver Post, The Longmont Times-Call, Americas Most Wanted and numerous other participants.

The State of Colorado is enforcing and passed law that abridges in civil liberties and which enables news companies to silence and drown out free speech with what equates to propaganda and coercion with oppressive, dishonorable State Government.

Listed below are case numbers for preserved records associated with the monumental offenses my  family and I remarkably survived.

The Colorado Government is fraudulently concealing as much as possible and is abridging the United States Constitution, abusing their positions, the people’s court rooms,  and misuses public resources aiding numerous companies, news companies, in dodging any jury and concealment.  The news companies mentioned in the following are knowingly misleading the people into harming each other and are allowed to batter and destroy lives with what is beyond sensation, and there is a relationship in doing so with Colorado’s Government.

The United States Constitution, First Amendment, clearly affords provisions concerning free speech and press.  Silencing the people and obscuring reality with technology and capabilities is abuse and is not a privilege press is afforded, it is offense which the corrupt Colorado Government passed and enforces law that protects news companies for having ruined lives and manifesting Hell for many people.

Colorado passes and enforces law that enables news to conceal offenses and evade accountability for destroying lives and controlling the people.  The “anti-SLAPP” statute is unique in Colorado, news companies can file a special motion to dismiss in State District Courts, the district courts hold a hearing when the motion is filed, the district court “stays” all motions and proceedings, including the issuance of subpoenas, then the state district court dismisses cases that seek retractions and relief from publishing by news companies when they publish destructive fiction about people for profit.  The District Court claims the news companies can publish whatever they want about whoever they want and has no liability, the District Courts favor the public being disadvantaged and crippled, don’t bother to defend yourself if news companies broadcast in view of everyone , in convincing ways by reporting “police say so”, untrue fiction they author with intentions of causing your demise and the degradation of society.

I was the wrong choice to be targeted by Colorado’s news companies and sadistic government.  I will die a free person, or fighting for my freedom, I will not be deprived of my civil rights, I am in pursuit of the American People’s worst enemy.  Corrupt worthless government and sadistic news companies.

I am starting three petitions.  Two local, and one national.

The purpose of this petition is a demand for public notice.

·       I will file this petition in district courts for active cases involving numerous news defendants.  The news companies I sued, authored heinous fiction about me for profit, and broadcast varying fiction which stirred the entire public to rage, violence and attempted murder.  I battled for survival and while I was preoccupied the news defendants concealed egregious offenses they committed against all of us, for profits by causing havoc and destruction to the people, and now they refuse to disclose what and when they broadcast and published, they are obligated to disclose to the people everything they do at anytime or they cannot claim first amendment protection.  The news defendants do not argue what they did because they cannot and they are desperate to avoid doing so in view of the people now, so they turn to unlawfully influencing this government against our will, to silence our free speech and deny the people being informed and capable.  The government swiftly folds.  

The demand for public notification via the Department of Public Safety, will be filed to the various District Courts and will be a supported “Motion by the People Demanding an Order for the Issuance of Public Notice”.

This motion will demand that a public notice and/or a press release be issued which informs the people that each news defendant authored heinous, false accusations of murder and broadcast video reporting the fiction over and over again day and night for weeks eventually hoping to cause the public to eliminate me and my family.  Law enforcement and State leveraged their actions off of fiction authored by news, and became desperate to cover up what the news had done, and that the news defendants refuse to correct or inform the audiences they duped into violence mostly aimed towards a bunch of elderly and children.  The notice would inform the people that the news lied and accused three people of murder and deadly assault of an innocent senior citizen, and now the gig is up, the news defendants are concealing from the people and me, their offenses and refuses to disclose their reporting activities.

The Department of Public Safety should be compelled to issue notice that no murder occurred, the news defendants(will be listed in notice) all broadcasted varying stories they made up accusing, with no influence or information provided by law enforcement due to the fictitious nature, 3 men all unacquainted, all innocent citizens, of beating a 71 year old to death for a bike, during dozens of broadcasts by each news defendant for weeks.  The notice will ask for the public’s help by providing testimonies and affidavits to courts and supreme justices, confirming what we all witnessed on the video broadcasts and publications, because the news companies have removed, concealed, replaced and denies what they broadcast in view of everyone, and the district courts are desperately trying to aid the news defendants with a cowardly evasion, and are desperate to evade accountability for their own offenses and participation.  I am free now and I care about our country, and the sadistic practice must stop.  Punishment is owed.

·       This petition will be submitted to the Supreme Court and Appellate Court in support of, and compelling the Supreme Justices to subject District Courts to The Committee on Judicial Discipline for recusal and discipline for egregious judicial misconduct and dishonor.  Judge Elliff, Judge Bailey, Judge Salamone and Judge Lindsey, also the petition will be writ to Federal and U.S. Supreme Court for review of the unconstitutional practices of the news controlled officials of Colorado.

·       This petition will invoke federal jurisdictions, the petition and testimonies will be submitted to the Department of Justice Special Litigations, Civil Rights Division, and to the F.C.C. for review and sanctioning.

·       This petition will be applied to appeals in support of active cases proceeding to jury and public knowledge, also the relief sought in lawsuits would be amended to seek apologies from news defendants given to the people, a detailed disclosure of exactly what the news defendants did wrong for advisement and awareness for prevention of bad government and future occurrences.  The relief sought would be amended to punitive damages against the news defendants, and the relief should be applied towards social services and oversight, the news defendants owe the people at this point and the government should not benefit any further because of the news defendants, so the petition would ask for the people’s help in assessing what should be done and how it should be done, the state is absolutely opposed the people’s ruling, I would not seek personal compensatory relief through lawsuits and the monumental situation.

Background

On July 26th, 2023 I was diagnosed at age 39 with Type One Diabetes.  I am not a Type Two Diabetic.  Lethargy and major complications have been increasing in life.  I lost the ability to walk for 6 years due bone necrosis caused by my desperate need for insulin while I was not diagnosed.  I had several large bones replaced, and was not diagnosed a Type One.  I have a family and children.  I was falling apart and I would be under coma often.  I would drink 10 to 15 gallons of water within hours at times and lose consciousness, this was becoming a frequent activity I could not control.  

In 2016, I could not walk at the time, I suffered excruciating pain since my hips and bones were dead for years, I was diagnosed with the dying bones, hips, femors, pelvis, toes in 2014.  I never received welfare, aid or disability.  I suffered through it.  I entered a building in 2016 without permission, I was recorded on video when I walked into the building, I drank 8 gallons of water within 3 hours and kept going to the bathroom.  I don’t remember doing this.  I was arrested for doing this, it is now known that it was involuntary and was diabetic keto acidosis, I have experienced it numerous times a year, caused because I am a Type One Diabetic and had never used insulin and I should have been using insulin since at least the fourth grade when I got the first misdiagnosis.  The incident is the bulk of my “rap-sheet”, I was placed on supervision for this.  I had hip and pelvic replacements in July, 2019, I thought my problems were solved and was eager to work and restore my life.  While I was an undiagnosed Type One Diabetic and could not walk, I frequently fell under coma and would drink insane amounts of water, waking up lying in traffic or I was told I would stand in place for hours until I fell over and people would rob me, I misplaced vehicles, I woke up floating in rivers and I survived, I am very capable still.  I would come to and didn’t know where all my stuff had disappeared to or where I was and how long I’d been there.  Many people thought I was on drugs, my family gave me aid and when I’d lost it and didn’t come home for long times, they began to believe the same.  I crawled around in gutters, in view of people and was desperate for insulin, and would be overcome with an unquenchable thirst.  I was going insane and police often were called, they would roll me aside and I became pale skinny and got skin infections.  The severity of the effects grew, I was prosecuted for drinking water at a place I didn’t know I was without permission, Colorado discovery 17CR2094, tells the story, and is why I was placed on supervision.  Colorado Correction’s staff and psychologists assigned me extensive psycho-social therapies and would accused me of being non-compliant when I could not perform or participate, and my cries for medical attention were said to be fake, until their deranged antics became catastrophic and killed me, I went blind, regained my vision, I achieved a 1,585 blood sugar reading, lost limb and life because I was born a Type One Diabetic, and lived in Colorado.  I was exposed to a corrupt multi-billion dollar surplus funded state department which thrives on suffering people, by reason of qualifying disability, and for God’s purposes.  Colorado boasts an 8 billion dollar deficit for education because they fund a 4 billion dollar annual prison budget, and unlawful oppressive actors who keep it rolling.  This State is not good enough to help the needy and disabled, I am proud that I did survive without it since it sheds light on what our tax dollars and federal funds are achieving for the Colorado State government, and the news companies who are controlling and governing the people in this State for that government.  The news does believe they are tasked with directing our realities and lives in this State.

This petition will demand our rights.  This petition will demand subpoenas.  This petition will demand that our inheritance is not robbed from us.  This petition will demand that the people rule on monumental abuse of power, and gives the opportunity for us to do so.  This petition will demand that what is ours be returned by Colorado’s corrupt government and by their despicable news cohorts.  Our lives are priceless, we are Americans we have a lot to offer the world and these entities will not rob the world of our contributions and beliefs, nor force ignorance on us by misinforming us of their activities and agendas.  We should not go down with their ship because they force us to.  They are responsible for the current state of the people, because we entrusted them.  They are not public servants.

I am from a remote region, Hoid Rd. in Nevada, like my last name, I spent all my time growing up with God in nature and utterly satisfied because of nature and being alive.  I always thought everyone was as excited about life as I, I loved animals and always spoiled them and caught lizards naming them after my mom.  I have never hurt any creature as a matter of fact.  My personality is pleasant and happy, I love life, I developed a way to express my love and passion through my work and what I could show and share with others.  I am displaying my work in the photos below, I built and finished this with my parents, a paradise for their grandchildren, I have beautiful visions.  Through it all I choose to make beautiful things hoping to make people happy, like this log home in Lyons, CO where I also worked the land and made, with God’s provisions, beauty

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Below is my face and appearance a few months after I was first allowed insulin, I remarkably survived 40 years as an undiagnosed and untreated Type One Diabetic, mostly by means of will power and determination, also grace.

 

 

 

As I stated previously, I was getting very thin, pale and got skin infections.  My bones died and I could not walk for 6 years.  At Sterling Regional Hospital, I got multiple bones replaced and learned to walk again.  My appearance when I was on the brink of dying constantly and endured what specialist classify as, severe human suffering, my appearance was scary at times.  I looked very thin and I acted peculiar.  I was persecuted because of it.

The Basis of this Petition

November 5th, 2020, I worked off my new Dodge Ram truck.  I parked my truck at Midas on Ken Pratt Blvd. In Longmont, CO for upgrades and service.  I was going to walk to visit my ex-girlfriend who lived on Quail Rd. and Main St. In Longmont, CO.  I fell under comatose on the way.  I have achieved a 1,585 blood sugar reading and I was frequently losing consciousness at the time as an undiagnosed Type One Diabetic.  I made it as far as a museum on Quail Rd. and Main St., across the street from my ex-girlfriends house.  I fell onto a car in the museum parking lot and was hallucinating and in and out of consciousness.

Preserved recordings and record Colorado Case 20CR002138 is a 5,000 page discovery and public record for these and following incidents.

The owner of the car is a film producer who was inside the museum filming, Craig Stevens.

Craig Stevens coworkers called the police because of me falling on his car and I was stumbling around.  Craig Stevens did approach me, he is 60+ and 5’7’’ tall.  I don’t remember much, I remember him yelling at me.

Craig Stevens reported to police when they arrived, verbatim, which is preserved in the above mentioned discovery:

“The man(me) didn’t steal anything, he smelled good, and didn’t seem homeless.  He was acting very peculiar.”

“The man was standing around for a long time and stumbled away, his bag was heavy, I caught up to him and returned it to him”

I stumbled off into a field on video recording at the museum.

“The man was not a threat and did not threaten me what-so-ever, I do not wish to pursue charges”…

I am 6’1’’ tall and white.

Longmont Police reported on an affidavit, preserved page 10 in discovery 20CR002138, that “a 5’9’’ tall black man”, was committing crime about this incident.

I am recorded on surveillance video footage at the museum standing in place, slouching over and stumbling into a field where I face planted after Craig Stevens returned my bag containing my phone and essentials.  I was lying face down in that field when the Longmont Police arrived at the museum.  I don’t remember regaining consciousness, I did stumble around at times incoherent, untreated Type One, I apparently stumbled around In a field that is between the museum and a bike path in Longmont, CO.  The gap between the museum and the bike path is about 2 miles of brush and grass.

At nearly the exact time I was on camera at the museum, a women named Sara Turk, who was jogging on the bike path a mile away from me, and was passed up by a cyclist who she reported drove past her 30 seconds prior to her calling 911, the call is recorded and the audio is preserved in discovery 20CR002138.

Sara Turk reported verbatim:

“hello yes a man fell.  He cannot speak, he keeps getting up, I am holding him down, send an ambulance”

I had strobe vision and recovered from my face and regained consciousness.  I walked towards the bike path, I was lost, I didn’t know who I was or where I was.  

In discovery 20CR002138, Jacky Shubert gave this statement, verbatim and preserved:

“My husband(Randall Shubert) rides a bike to basketball courts, on a bike path everyday, he bungees a basketball to a rack on his bike, he wrecks sometimes, he gets into confrontations with military trained homeless people on the bike path”…

Randall Shubert, a 71 year old man, was riding his bike on November 5th, 2020 with a basketball bungeed to a rack on his bike, returning from the basketball courts on the paved bike path.  

No person interacted with Randall Shubert during his riding.  There were no parties involved with Randall Shubert until Sara Turk called 911.  I could not be in two places at one time, on camera at the museum, dying in the field next to the bike path, and present on the bike path when Sara Turk called 911.

There were no witnesses, there were no people present when Randall Shubert’s basketball came loose from the bungee cord, which was recovered and is evidence preserved in 20CR002138, Randall Shubert fumbled a basketball while riding his bike.  Randall Shubert stopped his bike and was dismounting the bike, he planted one foot on the ground and while dismounting he pivoted and lifted his leg to dismount, his foot or leg got snagged on the seat or top of the bike frame.  Randall Shubert tripped and mildly fell backwards, he bumped the back of his head.

Randall Shubert had a pre-existing head trauma and surgery(metal plate) to the injury sustained by him bumping his head.

Sara Turk is recorded on the 911 call shouting at the 911 operator, Randall Shubert recovered from his back and walked away.  Sara Turk was shouting at the operator because, there is a river running alongside the bike path, and an ambulance arrived on the wrong side of the river.  She shouted that Randall Shubert was going to “biff it again” because he was walking away and falling.  I staggered closer to the bike path, I was in a critical state myself.  Two other passerbys came upon Randall Shubert, who were traveling the path.  The passerbys all gave statements to police reporting that they didn’t witness anything involving Randall Shubert except after the fact when he tripped, and witnessed him walking around disoriented and unable to speak.

I don’t remember much but I do remember a women spotting me, she jogged to me and was shouting at me.  She reported that after Randall Shubert had walked away she saw me and reported asking me if I was with Randall Shubert, she asked what happened, she reported that I said I was doing Yoga.  I could not see Randall Shubert, I was confused, I did not know who I was or where I was.  I saw the women’s phone, 911 was on the line.  I left.  No one reported getting a good look at me because they did not.  I was not present where Randall Shubert was, when I was regaining consciousness I thought I remembered seeing Randall Shubert riding by while I was a ways off in the field.

I left, and apparently crossed paths with a basketball a few hundred feet away from the women shouting at me, apparently so because the women reported to police that I kicked the ball and shouted this is what happened, I just don’t remember doing so, but the ball was recovered.  So was the bungee cord that held it on Randall’s bike.

The Longmont Police who were pursuing the next 5’9’’ tall black man they came across, because I was dying and fell into a car 2 miles away, arrived in place of the ambulance to “assist”.  They frisked and questioned Randall Shubert who did not have identification.  

When the ambulance finally arrived they began aiding the Longmont Police in trying to get answers out of a 71 year old man with head trauma.  Randall Shubert was eventually taken to the emergency room.  The “Golden Hour” is protocal for the exact type of head injury Randall Shubert encountered, falling back and bumping his head.  

The emergency room report indicates that Randall Shubert was not admitted in a timely manner, probably due to Police questioning him, when he could not speak Police did ask him if he was transient, preserved reports in discovery 20CR002138.

The emergency room evaluated Randall Shubert, they reported verbatim:

“No injuries, scrapes, no bruises or wounds except one laceration on the back of the head and subsequent subdural hematoma, (brain swell), fall injury’’.

Protocal for this exact, one and only injury sustained is surgery within an hour or the brain swell injury is typically fatal.  This is not the only time the exact injury was sustained by others who were treated in a timely manner and who lived.

Enter Jessica Barklay CBS-4 News February 4th, 2022 into Google, she fainted, fell back and sustained the exact same injury as Randall Shubert had, first responders had her in and out of surgery within an hour, the 35 year old mom survived and would not have otherwise.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Randall Shubert was delayed from surgery by Police and Paramedics, then was not afforded a craniotomy for 6 days.  

Police notes in discovery 20CR002138 state:

“wait to see if Randall wakes up, see what he remembers”

Police interfered and influenced Paramedics and others to wait as well.

Randall Shubert surcame after 11 days, the coroner reported that Randall surcame to the injury and that he had a pre-existing condition-head trauma and recent surgery according to medical records.

Following is that coroner’s report, there isn’t a single scratch reported to the face, ears, body or limbs, besides the one on the back of his head from the trip and fall backwards.  It becomes very obvious that

1)      Randall could not have been in motion or riding his bike and have sustained only this injury.

2)      Randall would have sustained other injuries, even minor scrapes, which he did not, if he were shoved or assaulted.

3)      Randall could not have suffered an exact injury on the back of his head if he were straddling a bike, in that situation he would have to fall on a side.

4)      It is obvious that he dismounted the bike, and that he was not in motion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This Coroner’s report concluded that the single injury being neglected was the cause of death, and could not report how the injury occurred, assault injuries can be reported as injuries caused by assault.  This is not the case involving Randall Shubert.  Obviously if he could suffer 11 days, were it not for the police and the neglect, he was strong enough that he did not have to die because of it.  He also was 2 miles away from the emergency room when he fell, and in a small community.  He could have and I wish he would have lived.

After I left I wondered around, I forgot I had a truck and who I was.  I went to a 7-11 and a homeless man panhandled $20 from me.  I told him to buy me a pack of cigarettes and to keep the change.  Robert McEwen found me because of massive publicity later on and supplied an affidavit which he stated

“I panhandled from Edward Hoid and gave him a card I found, in return, then we parted ways”

The affidavit is preserved in discovery 20CR002138.  The surveillance footage at 7-11 is also preserved and recorded these exact events.

From there I roamed to Wal-Mart a few blocks away.  I was beginning to realize that I’d been in this state of mind before, I used the card I was given.  I left all the purchases outside somewhere and I messaged a person named Tim who recovered them later on.  The message is preserved in discovery 20CR002138 PUBLIC RECORDS.  I was not willfully executing anything.

I think I abandoned the activities when I began to remember my truck, I do remember reaching my truck and I drove to a hotel.  

I was working at the time.  There were no in person visits to the supervision office at the time due to COVID.  I called into supervision and reported working on November 14th and November 16th, 2020.

Stanley Jerido was supervising me for a conviction for me drinking a ton of water that I don’t remember doing.  I was going about my days.

I was not aware of Randall Shubert sustaining the injury, or police involvement.  I did not know he was at the ICU.  I had no clue.

When I was at Wal-Mart on November 5th,2020 I walked past two strangers.  

Randall Shubert’s family insisted to police and news that their must have been foul play involved with Randall Shubert’s fall injury.  Something similar to military trained homeless attacks.  

Eight days after Randall Shubert fell, the Longmont Police issued the following press release:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Police asked for any witnesses to speak up and accused me and two strangers of robbery, knowing that no robbery occurred and knowing that none of the three had any interactions with Randall Shubert.  The three men in the photo at Wal-Mart only walked by each other, at Wal-Mart, we are not acquainted at all, ever. 

The Longmont Police took statements from every party who was present on the bike path after Randall Shubert fell.

The following statements prove that the Longmont Police knew none of the 3 men in the photo were ever on the bike path or present when Randall Shubert fell:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was very obvious that the 71 year old fell.  No crime was reported and there were not three assailants who robbed Randall Shubert.

The above press release was reviewed by FOX-31 News, ABC-7 News, NBC-9 News, CBS-4 News, CBS-11 News, these news outlets cast what they reported to news stations in numerous states, mainly where my family reside in Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Ohio and all throughout Colorado, KNOP-2 News(NBC-2), The Denver Post, The Denver Gazette, The Longmont Times-Call, Americas Most Wanted and numerous other news outlets each authored unique video and written stories which were broadcast as breaking news in view of the entire public of every creed and law enforcement.

Every single video news broadcaster and paper news publisher copied FOX-31 and the Longmont Times-Call heinous fiction accusing me and two others of beating a 71 year old to death for a bike.  The following list includes some of the companies who broadcast video, duping the public who are all very familiar still.  

·       FOX-31 News broadcast day and night on November 13th, 16th, 18th, 19th, 21st, 27th, in 2021 and 2024 videos that began as fiction authored by FOX-31 News accusing three men of beating Randall Shubert to death.

·       NBC-9 News broadcast on the same dates reporting that three men robbed and jumped the 71 year old and hospitalized him.

·       CBS-4 and CBS-11 accused three men of surrounding and attacking an innocent senior citizen and reported that The Longmont Times-Call reported it as a robbery.

·       ABC-7 reported that the Longmont Police were seeking multiple assailants in a brutal attack and robbery of a 71 year old.

·       Americas Most Wanted reported that an unknown number of assailants attacked, robbed and assaulted a 71 year old for a bike.

·       The Denver Post published that 3 men robbed a 71 year old and the attack hospitalized the 71 year old.

·       The Denver Gazzette reported that a 71 year old was attacked and robbed

·       KNOP-2 NBC-2 reported that the assailants of attack and robbery were fleeing.

These were some of the initial reporting before Randall Shubert surcame on November 16th, 2020.  The news all knew what they reported was fiction because they made it up.

The Go-Fund-Me was created in response to what all the news outlets reported during video broadcast in view of the public, it read that Randy was jumped, robbed and beaten and was hospitalized.

When Randall Shubert passed away, the video news reports plots changed dramatically and without new information supplied by law enforcement.

For example FOX News and all the other listed news companies began to report in video reports in view of every person who watched any news channel at the time, beginning November 18th every news outlet broadcast video of varying fiction singling me out and reporting similar to as follows:

The news shifted plots and tailored one another’s fiction to get the reactions each one intended from their audiences.  Video was broadcast day and night by each news Defendant, all accused three men of beating a 71 year old to death, then they shifted from accusing three men to just accusing me of heinous murder that never occurred.

I did not know about all of this, I don’t watch TV that much, I didn’t see the news.  Suddenly, the entire public became vigilant, Longmont is not a large community.  I was being attacked and run over by people.  I abandoned my truck at Midas.  

Police had not issued warrants, charges or launched a murder investigation, they never taped off any scene of crime, they knew there was no reason.

Other law enforcement did leverage off of the news and began hunting me and attacking me.

Stanley Jerido was the community supervision officer who supervised me because of prior incident involving me drinking a lot of water and going to the bathroom a lot as an untreated Type One Diabetic.

Stanley Jerido saw the news and recognized me, he identified me to the news and while police never issued any warrants and no murder investigation was unfolding, no reports of crime, regardless Stanley Jerido is not police, he issued a warrant because of the news slander.  Again the police never issued a warrant, ever.

Stanley Jerido supplied the news with my name, my familys’s residential informations, Stanley Jerido reported to the news that I likely fled state and so every news station, in response began to broadcast and publish to news and law enforcement in states where my family lived.

The news then broadcast accusations claiming that,

“Longmont Police say Edward Hoid beat a 71 year old to death and stole his bike”

The news then reported where my family resided.

The news then reported that I was “armed and dangerous”

“Fleeing State”

“Hoid is wanted for assault/death”

“Hoid has parole warrants”

Every news station reported these things over and over in view of the entire public of every creed crossing state lines, Americas Most Wanted did the same.

The news cultivated vigilantes, who some impersonated police when visiting my family’s homes with guns, some called child protective services and reported my sisters kids in danger, it was destructive to the kids when they were taken for a couple of weeks from my sister’s houses and some of the kids were abused in inappropriate ways at the foster homes they were sent to for less than a month and then returned to my sister.

This vigilante named BRIAN DERRY of Lakewood CO, states that it was probably the two other guys, he states I am considered armed and dangerous, he admits to contacting my kids, my mom, my ex-wife and was armed while visiting them impersonating police.  The picture is my 6 and 10 year old kids.  

Numerous vigilantes did likewise.  The news dispatched violence to my family crossing state lines because of the fiction they authored.  Their intentions were to cause the people to act violently and to cause heinous harms to the people.  They succeeded in severly harming my elderly and young family.

Everywhere I went there were cars racing around and people attacking me.  There were multiple occasions that I was shot at.  I did not flee, I did not even know what the news had done, I didn’t know that community supervision issued a warrant.

The police issued no warrant ever, they couldn’t and wouldn’t.  What follows is the next press information the police did issue. 

The Police already took statements from the person who witnessed the man fall, and this is admissions that there were no witnesses and that the news had authored heinous false accusations accusing me of murder and beating a 71 year old to death and that they were not reporting what law enforcement provided nor any actual events.  The above press release asks if anyone saw the man fall, because the autopsy concluded the man could not have been shoved, assaulted, robbed, beaten or murdered.

The news channels all began copying each other, FOX broadcast a video in response to this press release, special investigative reporter VINCENTE, was standing on the bike path in video reporting to the public that Randall Shubert was attacked and was shoved off of his bike, robbed, assaulted and died as a result of injuries related to the attack.  18 news stations broadcast video reporting the same, in view of the entire public.

Law Enforcement began to leverage off of the news slander and started questioning everyone I ever knew and were telling them that I murdered Randall Shubert and then asked if they saw the news.  

People began calling in and accussing me of all sorts of violent crime and false witnesses tried to seal my fate.

I was having a hard time getting ahold of my ex-girlfriend, I scrambled to her house and she would not let me in, she told me,

“you’re wanted!”, I said “what?” she replied, “Murder” I became ill and frantic, she told me to run everyone was looking for me.  She gave me coverings and told me to stay in the shadows.

I called the community supervision officer, Stanley Jerido.  He told me he needed me to come in, the parole office was not allowing in person visits due to COVID.  I was going to.  I hesitated and wanted to know exactly what was going on.

The news continued authoring and broadcasting video and publishing for 11 consecutive days accusing me of killing and beating a 71 year old to death and of being armed and continually dispatched vigilantes to my family.

On November 27th I was run down, battered, untreated Type One Diabetic, I had been combatting the public, Law Enforcement and attempts to kill me.  I was told the police were not going to let me come in.

I called my ex-girlfriend one last time.  The police pinged the conversation and suddenly, numerous police vehicles were racing around me at a shopping center in Longmont, CO.  There was a shopping cart filled with a lot of copper fittings and hoody sweatshirts.  I grabbed a hoody and put it on trying to conceal my face.  One of the police vehicles barreled towards me.  I dove out of the way, but they ran my feet over, breaking my heel.  I rolled into a concrete canal and scrambled to climb a small mound and cover, the top of the mound is the shopping center parking lot.  Two shots were fired.  I hobbled to the first store, Sam’s Club.  It was closed, I broke the window to trigger the alarm.  It was loud, I saw flashing lights approaching, I hobbled up and down the sidewalks at the mall trying to break windows and preserved in discovery 20CR1984, these events are recorded on surveillance footage, I was yelling I didn’t hurt anyone, I didn’t kill anyone.  A security guard came outside and asked me to please stop, he recognized me, I told him the police are trying to shoot me, I tried to get inside where he came from and he would not let me.

I was making a lot of commotion, a lot of police were running after me I was dodging them.  I then heard them say get down and they drew a gun on me again.  I laid down.  

I was in critical condition, I was unconscious and was taken to interrogation with broken bones and while in diabetic keto acidosis.

The first statement from out of the mouth of Detective Burke was,

“I DIDN’T ACCUSE YOU OF ANYTHING”

He continually tried to get me to tell him what happened to Randall Shubert, I couldn’t answer that I gave three mystical stories saying Chucky the doll, and saying the man was jumping like a fish.  Then I remembered the man riding on the path and falling.

I was taken to the emergency room six hours later and was casted for broken bones and was unconscious.  I was in diabetic keto acidosis.  The district attorney was present in another room coaching police how to entrap me and utilize my mental state for conviction.  The doctor at the emergency room disregarded the obvious coma state because he was familiar with the news.  Randall Shubert died in that hospital.  I was taken to solitary confinement, protective custody at the Boulder County Jail, I was charged with dozens of felonies for raising the commotion at the shopping center.  The next day all the charges were dismissed, but one misdemeanor.  This is where the government begins participating with the news and egregious governmental misconduct, concealment and coercion.

One would think the news would retract or correct the heinous fiction.

Instead the police chief got on the news and began reporting that I watched the man suffer and died and said that I stole from him while he was bleeding and dying.  This could not be because a women was at his aid, but to accommodate the lying, disgusting news companies and to aid them with concealing the fact that they made up the stories and duped the public into trying to kill me, the Longmont Police Department reported untrue heinous accusations about me.  The Longmont Police Department instructed every news company to update the videos they broadcast, online, so that the updates would replace previous videos viewable online and instructed the news companies to conceal the video broadcasts, which the news companies are doing now.  The Longmont Police instructed the news companies to report that I was arrested on separate charges to;

“The murder”

And to publish that Randall Shubert was knocked off of his bike, robbed, assaulted and died as a result, but to then report that I was a suspect of a murder, which did not occur and so that way they could justify reporting about murder and claim that I was not accused of murder, they suggested a murder occurred which did not and hoped to justify involving my identity.

As can be seen above in a few examples the news reported the day after I was taken into custody,

The news broadcast videos reporting I was arrested for murder and killing but on separate charges.

The news then published videos and articles to replace the previous and concealed all the videos and articles where they accused me by name of beating Randall Shubert to death for a bike, all news outlets published and broadcast dozens of times in view of the public, nation wide, for weeks the heinous fiction they authored, dozens of news companies.

The public were misled into violence attempted murder, disgusting offense against all my family’s kids and elderly.

I was held without charges or warrants.  The Longmont Police began working with parole, Stanley Jerido to try to cover up that Stanley Jerido did not have the authority to do so, he issued a warrant for the news slander and the Police did not, and violated the fifth amendment while doing so.

One month after I was taken into protective custody during COVID, and while I had no charges,  Stanley Jerido knowing that I was not being charged or investigated for murder, arranged a hearing with the state and he reported that I would be charged for a high profile homicide and that while there were no charges, I had to be sent to prison.

Stanley Jerido reported that I was a suspect in a high profile homicide that never occurred and admitted that I had no charges, the state agreed to send me to a notorious pseudo-violent prison without charges, for murder that did not occur but was news slander. 

I was held for infamous or capital crime that did not occur without charges, warrants, probable cause or due process of law and I was not held by police investigation.  The State actors are not police and are not authorized to hold people especially since they can’t charge people.

On December 28th, long after my arrest the state held me and bound me into the most violent prison in Colorado without charges for homicide that did not occur, Stanley Jerido and the state knew there was no charges and knew no homicide occurred.

The Longmont Police had already been questioning people about if they saw the news.  They were trying to figure out how to conceal the news and dishonorable governmental and law enforcement participations.

Below are two statements from my step-dad and sisters who reported seeing the news in other states and in Colorado accusing me of beating Randall Shubert to death and reporting Police say so.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My step dad reported he saw the news on kdvr FOX-31 News on November 13th and November 18th, the statement was taken by police on November 18th.

My sister Amber reported in her statement that she watched the accusations being made on FOX News in Idaho, where she lives and this statement was taken November 19th by police.

My sister Candyce living in Nevada was questioned she shared the Denver Post Alert she got on November 19th accusing me of murder.  The statement was taken by police on November 21st. 

The news was broadcast in view of tens of millions of super reactive people, there is no silencing everyone so I was held, and the one person who has an absolute right to view the offenses, me, was never allowed to and is not being allowed to because the news effectively concealed most all videos.  The government held me for a long time hoping I’d die and also hoping that if I did get a chance to rectify the heinous offenses, it would be too late, or that I would not be able to retrieve evidence and so the news could claim they didn’t commit the offense.

Eventually I was charged with one count of identity theft, which I am not guilty of.  I would not plea guilty.

The State appointed the first public defender who told me I was going to get life and refused to enter for a change of venue and told me they would seat a partial jury and convict me and give me 24 years to life if I didn’t plea guilty.

That public defender withdrew as counsel for conflict of interest.

The second appointed lawyer, Nicole Collins, head of the Boulder County Public Defenders Office visited me at the super-max prison.  She called me an asshole, she then told me that I could walk if I kept my mouth shut, then said, you don’t want to keep your mouth shut do you.  I said, do you think I’m stupid, I said why did you alter discovery pages to conceal the police saying I was black.  She left, I drew a map for her so they would know that staged crime scenes she staged with police were in the wrong location of where Randall Shubert phone locales placed him at the time of his fall.

She left and withdrew as counsel for conflict of interest.

While I was in the County Jail, the district attorneys office arranged to release Cassidy Meroni who tried to kill a women with a hammer and committed arson if he would enter a jail cell with me and say to me, “you jumped out of bushes and attacked the man”

He was represented by Ben Collett an appointed lawyer by the district attorney.  He was released.

Ben Collett was my third appointed lawyer by that same district attorney Ryan Day, who planted Meroni in my cell trying to get some false confession from me for a murder that never happened.  Ben Collett threatened me with life, he stated the d.a. thinks you jumped out of a bush…I stopped him and said, “I know what you did with the d.a. and Cassidy Meroni”.  He withdrew as counsel for conflict of interest.

They had to finally release me.  I paid a lot of money to bond out for one count of identity, I was awaiting trial.

I was appointed a fourth lawyer.  The district attorneys, the state, police and news were desperate to avoid the public becoming aware and to avoid a jury of the people, the case would have to be thrown out because of publicity and the sixth amendment.

The courts and district attorneys offered me zero years if I would enter a guilty plea.  I refused.  I began investigating the news and all of them have concealed and removed the publications from the public forums.  They refuse to disclose what they did and are denying the American people justice and information because they don’t want to publish corrections and don’t want me to sue them.  For example, if one enters my name on their public forums and websites you get similar results to the ones below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All videos are concealed and who do these news companies think they are in doing so?  What does that make us all? Ignorant, worthless, duped, incapable, property of the news?  In their opinion and against the constitution that is what we are.  They own us.  They won’t allow the people the truth it’s disgusting and we have a right to know.

While I was out I was attacked and maliciously prosecuted, however the courts and district attorneys did a lot of speaking under their breath.

I was not allowed insulin at the killers prison the entire time I was held for over two years without charges.  I went blind, the prison population were familiar with the news I was not.  The most violent gangs and killers were surprisingly good to me.  I was going into comas a lot and endured agony and hell as an undiagnosed type one diabetic.  I endured the whaling cries of my mother who saw the news and her agony from her grandkids being assaulted all under age 12 at the time.  I had to witness the sadistic police and vigilantes carry out disgusting, violent offenses against my family while I was convinced I would die in prison for no reason.

While I was awaiting trial for one count of identity theft I tried to work and tried to soothe my family, some of my family who I don’t know after 20 years of no interactions, hated me for what was done to their kids and our name, they reported false heinous things about me to keep me away, I wasn’t going to approach them anyway.  Other family reacted to them and my family is ruined.  We have all been robbed of everything.  They were defiled and had there innocence robbed, my kids were convinced that dad beat an old man to death and was going to be killed or die in prison.  They are older now.

While I was awaiting trial, my body finally gave in and I was in the region for court for the identity theft charge, I went blind, I drank 18 gallons of water within two days, I collapsed and was taken to the ICU.  My blood sugar was 1,585, I was brought back several times during the 9 day stay at the ICU.  I contacted the fourth appointed lawyer who advised the court.  I was dead and dying in the ICU, I was experiencing diabetic keto acidosis.  I got water poisoning.  I thought they would reschedule court, but the district attorneys revoked my bond and I was taken into custody and was obstructed from a diagnosis.  I was taken back to jail.  

I was refused insulin in the jail, I was observed by the jail deputies confined in a cell collapsing and striking my head on concrete and steel.  On multiple occasions I received stitches on my face and head.  The deputies were advised and had knowledge of the publicity.  I learned how to file federal lawsuits.  I filed a lawsuit against the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office for ADA Discrimination and cruel and unusual punishment.  It afforded me an opportunity to raise all the issues.

I attempted to file suits against the news, state and police.  The jail informed the district attorneys.  The fourth lawyer I was appointed paid me a visit, he had a printed plea agreement.  I told him that I would not plea guilty, he exclaimed that he would challenge my competence and enter the plea for me.  

Weeks later, after numerous false promises of probation if I pled guilty.  A plea was entered and I motioned to enter a change of plea.  I still refused, I demanded a jury and so a new judge was assigned and they entered a plea for me.  

The new judge pretended he had no knowledge of the situation and sentenced me to 10 years in prison for one count of identity theft, they were aggressive because I started filing lawsuits.  

I was still undiagnosed type one diabetic.  When I got to the prison, I begged for insulin and I was referred to mental health.  I demanded insulin for months and was ridiculed and punished by the prison staff for doing so, finally after months, a GAD blood test was done and I was diagnosed a Type One Diabetic.  I was finally allowed insulin, and ADA accommodation, and life sustaining medicine.

I filed numerous state district court lawsuits against numerous news companies.  My step dad and I worked together over prison phones to discover and collect news publications from within criminal discoveries.

Ballard Spahr is representing all the news companies. Below is the content of the declaration filed by FOX News in their answer, they declare under penalty of perjury and under oath: 

FOX entered a declaration under penalty of perjury stating they only published three short articles on November 19th, 21st and 27th and nothing that could be construed as murder.  They did conceal a great deal.  During a hearing in the Denver District Court the defense filed a special motion to dismiss on the basis that they were not concealing and are protected constitutionally to report what they did.  

My step dad discovered a video broadcast by FOX and played it during the hearing.  A video they declared under oath didn’t exist.  The video accuses me of beating Randall Shubert to death.  Then we presented the police report by the Longmont Police when they took a statement from my step dad that he witnessed the news videos on previous dates to November 18th, on FOX news, meaning they did not only publish the three short articles FOX news swore and declared were the only publications by FOX on the 19th, 21st and 27th.  Above is the article that corresponded to video broadcasted reports where FOX reporters aired the statements “Longmont Police say Edward Hoid beat a 71 year old to death”…those are the videos my step dad reported to police he had seen.  The police report, his statement was recorded on November 18th.  Above is that statement.  FOX news defaults to being a coward, lying and perjury.  They are concealing not only from me, but everyone what they did and do not care what destruction is made permanent to all of us.

The district court could not verbally make this statement during court because we proved it was the case in court, both Ballard Spahr and the district court reported it was a “far stretch” for me to claim FOX news reported that I beat a 71 year old to death.

The Denver District Court Judge, Mark Bailey issued a final report, aiding the news defendant in desperately evading a jury and accountability.  He reported that the claims in the lawsuit stems from the robbing of Randall Shubert.  Ballard Spahr influenced the court by publishing news slander to the court and suddenly more publications began to disappear from the Internet.  The district court threatened me with fees hoping to deter me from justice.  The district court dismissed and I appealed, now preoccupying more resources and dockets while FOX will not simply be accountable.

The next example regarding the Denver Post.  Below is the declaration filed and the Denver Post declared under penalty of perjury and on legal documents filed in the case.

In this declaration The Denver Post declared under penalty of perjury that they only published one short article on November 28th, and nothing could be construed as murder.

Below are publications we found for the 18th, and 19th of November and the article from November 28th that exactly accused me of killing Randall Shubert.

The November 28th article is on the bottom, the November 19th and 18th articles are above the November 28th article, and the Denver Post collected related reporting by 19 other news companies on the same dates at the top of the page. 

Needless now to display, CBS and The Times- Call did similar.

The District Court Judge Elliff in these cases reported that Randall Shubert was knocked off of his bike, robbed and was beaten to death, and dismissed the cases claiming the news defendants had a constitutional right to publish the heinous fiction.

Ballard Spahr emailed my step dad and offered to waive their fees if I did not appeal.  The courts are coercing with the news and their lawyers.

Finally one case was removed to the federal courts, the federal courts are not pleased.  I filed multiple federal suits and I was suddenly released.

Those are active cases and involve many participants both governmental and news companies.

The conviction for identity theft is under attack and very shamefully the attorney general’s office is moving, firing and aiding the governmental participants.  Stanley Jerido refuses summons and state courts are allowing him to.  Other details exist.

No corrections have been made.  The news is concealing the offenses and state courts are refusing the issuance of subpoenas.  

The people are at risk of consequence when they do wrong while still under the impression left by the news, and on the Internet.  Tens of millions of dollars, our money, have been wasted.

Public safety is compromised, by violence and armed vigilantes.

There is a lot more for the people to petition in this monumental situation and for now this petition will seek the public demand for review in Supreme Courts and our rights to information and justice.
