Last week, I shared the List of Interested Persons filing, which listed the beneficiary at 1473 Shot Town Road. The same address that was also falsely used as my own.

That same address appears again. This time as the residence of Mary C. Daniels, who signed the codicil as Witness #2. Mary is the live-in partner of the beneficiary, Michele A. DeFrancesco.

Witness #1, Wanda R. Stansbury, is a close associate of both and believed to be Mary’s cousin.

One witness lived with the beneficiary and shared the address used to reroute legal notice.

The other had a personal connection to both parties.

Under Maryland Estates & Trusts § 4–102, a codicil must be signed by two credible, disinterested witnesses.

This fails that standard completely.

That’s not just improper. It’s invalid.
