Are you getting Value for Money? We pay 9 grand a year to the University, the same level as our fellow students in Hull but do we get the same level of service? We have seen services at Scarborough cut and cut again by the senior executives down in Hull, how can we fight for justice and hold these people to account. I like many don't want to let them get away with this and neither should you. Facilities are being reduced! How do we fight for equality Our fight is not with staff at the Scarborough campus who are also at risk of losing their jobs but the senior management team and a senate that could not care less. Our Needs • Restitution of our support staff and services (These have been cut significantly despite promises that they would not). If this need is not met then it is only fair to ask for a refund! • Reduction in student fees from £9000 per year to £6000 to reflect the cuts in the level of service and that no further cuts be made to staffing for the following year to allow all students the basic minimum of support before the executive team complete the asset stripping of the campus in Scarborough to pay for their mismanagement of Hull University. WHAT YOU CAN DO TO SUPPORT US If our needs are not met immediately (time is of the essence) then I call upon you to join with me and many like us to express our dissatisfaction at the cuts in the quality of our education provision on this campus. Promise to register your dissatisfaction through the national student survey. Together we can show the senior executive team our frustration at the way they have treated us. All we ask for is fairness and by working together we can bring about change
