We feel that Professor Strayer was unfairly suspended due to the actions of a non-Alabama student who attended one of his lectures. There was nothing that he could do to stop this situation and seemed to have taken the necessary follow up steps. We believe that Professor Strayer should be reinstated as a member of the faculty and should be able to continue teaching at the University of Alabama.
