The Issue

"Together, we are power." -- Alexei Navalny

We, the undersigned, implore you to help us erect a statue to honor the memory and work of Alexei Navalny who gave his life in the name of freedom and democracy.

We believe that this monument would serve as a powerful reminder of the importance of standing up against corruption and injustice the Russian "President" Vladimir Putin and his regime. It would also show solidarity with those fighting for democracy and human rights in Russia.

We request that this statue would stand proudly either in front of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation, located at 9 East 91st Street, New York, NY, or at 5th Ave & E 91st St., or at the Central Park Mall & Literary Walk.

Alexei Navalny was the warrior that Russian needed just like Indians needed Mahatma Gandhi, South Africans needed Nelson Mandela, and African-Americans needed Martin Luther King Jr. Such people are rare, and honoring them, we are giving a chance for others to be inspired and be courageous to take up the banner for righteousness, truth, and liberty.

We will appreciate greatly for your signature for our cause because we believe in it with our whole heart. Thank you and soon all of us will have a place to remember and honor the lessons that Alexei Navalny tried to impart on Russians, but also for the human beings of the world.

As a supporter, in the comments section, you can let us know where would you like to place the statue to the greatest Russian of the 21st century.
