IF WE WANT TO PLAN LONG TERM TO STOP THE LAWLESSNESS AND VIOLENT CRIME IN SOUTH AFRICA, THE TIME HAS COME FOR US TO TRAIN OUR YOUTH TO RADICALLY TRANSFORM THIS NATION FOR CHRIST – TO STOP JUVENILE DELINQUENCY, VIOLENCE, MURDER, DRUG ADDICTION, HOPELESSNESS, RACIAL HATRED, GANGSTERISM, TEENAGE PREGNANCIES, PROSTITUTION, ABORTION AND CRIME. The Bible says in: Ecclesiastes 12:1-7 (KJV) “ 1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; 2 While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain: 3 In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened, 4 And the doors shall be shut in the streets when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick shall be brought low; 5 Also when they shall be afraid of that which is high, and fears shall be in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail: because man goeth to his long home and the mourners go about the streets: 6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl is broken, or the pitcher is broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern. 7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.” WE CAN TURN OUR COUNTRY AROUND IF WE CAN IMPACT OUR YOUTH BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.. INTRODUCTION Our youth is being misled by immoral adults who promote crime, violence, drug abuse, racial hatred and radical, mindless, political activity. The radicalization of our youth and vulnerable, unemployed people by ruthless political leaders in order to use them as political pawns to participate in mass action and to train them to maim and kill innocent, peace-loving, productive people who produce our fresh fruit, vegetable, and meat, is criminally insane. To teach young people songs like “KILL (KISS) THE BOER, KILL (KISS) THE FARMER”, is inflammatory, criminal and highly irresponsible. These evil political leaders who spread lies and half-truths to boost their political support in our motherland are delusional and criminally insane, and they need pastoral counseling on what it means to love your neighbour as yourself. These are the same leaders who attend Parliament as elected representatives, supposedly to represent and to speak for the poorest of the poor, but whose main aim is to deliberately deceive their electorate, in order to gain more votes. They care more for reaching the front pages of newspapers, to steal the headlines, to appear on TV shows, to strive for vain titles such as NEWSMAKER OF THE YEAR, to make it to the front pages of popular magazines such as NEWSWEEK, TIME and LIFE. Instead of genuinely caring about the real needs of their followers, such as highlighting the need for jobs, housing, education, and nutrition. It is no achievement for a Member of Parliament and a Leader of an Opposition Party in South Africa when they do their level best to disrupt the proceedings of Parliament and to act like hooligans. Here I particularly refer to the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and its leader, Julius Malema. It is a greater public disgrace when we as the voters are aware that these frequent Parliamentary disruptions are carefully planned and staged to be broadcasted live for the whole world to watch how a dignified institution is degraded to the level of a cheap circus. These clowns dressed in their red costumes and hard hats (to fool their constituency of course) are then handsomely rewarded for their infantile performances by earning ridiculous salaries. And that is not all. This does not include allowances like medical aid, housing subsidies, and car allowances, 86 or more plane flights a year (which includes the spouse or partner and children) and miscellaneous constituency expenses. “A report by the People’s Assembly information website in 2014, listed a number of “perks” that MPs were entitled to, according to a parliamentary spokesman, Estelle Randall. These included “86 single economy-class air journeys, accommodation in parliamentary villages, airport parking, and reimbursed allowances for travel costs between airport and home and travel facilities for dependents, according to the policy for travel”. (See above source) Parking in the parliamentary precinct, a fully equipped office in the precinct and an information and communications technology allowance were also included.” All of these public representatives are multi-millionaires speaking on behalf of the poorest of the poor, while the poor is being taxed to death. What a ridiculous farce!! The poor are very able to speak for themselves; they can do it far better than any public representative because they live in squalled conditions every day. To test my statement, all you have to do is call a public meeting in any township or informal settlement and ask the poor what they want the government to do for them. You will quickly learn how articulate the poor really is. Do us all a favour and fight for the real issues in the South African Parliament, such as eliminating all the tax on basic food items consumed by the poor such as bread, milk, cereals, sugar, tinned food, cooking oil and so many items that the poor consume daily. Our nation (including our farming community) are being taxed to death and the tax is being squandered by a corrupt government with many corrupt officials. Zimbabwe is a very good example of a country with a corrupt, ruthless tyrant, who squandered the nation’s taxes on frivolous non-essentials. It is no wonder that the population danced in the streets of Harare when Robert Mugabe, once liberator but now a tyrant, was toppled by the armed forces of Zimbabwe. President Jacob Zuma should not attempt to use SADC to save Mugabe. He was toppled by his own people; please allow the Zimbabweans to restructure their own country in their own time.
