17 November 2017 Dear Petitioner of the END FARM MURDERS IN SOUTH AFRICA PETITION TO THE UNITED NATIONS AND THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT WHY I AM PERSONALLY ATTENDING THE INTERNATIONAL NON-RACIAL MARCH IN PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA ON SATURDAY, 25TH OF NOVEMBER, 2017 AT 10H00 LED BY AFRIFORUM I, Pastor Louis Michael Green of Kraaifontein, Cape Town, challenge every pastor, bishop, apostle, evangelist, church leader and every other Christian leader of every race throughout South Africa to join me in this march led by the civil rights organisation, Afriforum, and several other farming unions to stop the scourge of farm murders of both farmers and their workers in our motherland, South Africa. This is a legal, approved march approved by the City of Tshwane (Pretoria) and every effort was made to obey every law of our country in the application of this march. As a pastor, and the first signatory of the international END FARM MURDERS IN SOUTH AFRICA petition, I have a moral obligation towards the 132,000 supporters who signed the petition for the UNITED NATIONS, to present myself in person to attend this march in Pretoria on Saturday, 25 November, 2017 at 10h00 am from the Pretoria Art Museum (cnr. of Francis Baard and Wessels Street, Arcadia, Pretoria) to the Union Buildings. The 132,000 supporters who signed the petition are citizens of the following countries and I will be marching to represent those who signed and who cannot be there in their personal capacity: South Africa (all the 9 provinces), the United Kingdom, the United States of America, New Zealand, Romania, Australia, Namibia, Belgium, Ireland, Malta, Nigeria, France, United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, Slovenia, Zimbabwe, Canada, Norway, Malaysia, Italy, Reunion, Isle of Man, Switzerland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, The Netherlands, Germany, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Bahrain, Uganda, Kuwait, Zambia, Mali, Portugal, Austria, Botswana, Mozambique, Uruguay, Cyprus, Chili, Costa Rica, South Korea, Taiwan, Sweden, Greece, Thailand, Turkey, India, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam, Congo (DRC), Israel, Lesotho, Denmark, and so many others. (I have the 5,500 x A4 pages in my personal possession to prove that the citizens of the countries above actually signed the petition to the UN and this is, therefore, no bluff.) An electronic copy of the names of the above 132,000 petitioners, as well as 1,000 pages of comments by the petitioners, have also been sent to the prosecutor of the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT in the Hague, TO REQUEST THE PROSECUTOR, MADAME FATOU BENSOUDA, TO START PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MR JULIUS MALEMA, THE LEADER OF THE ECONOMIC FREEDOM FIGHTERS (EFF) FOR THE CONTRAVENTION OF SUBSECTION (b) AND (c) OF ARTICLE III OF THE 1948 CONVENTION ON THE PREVENTION AND PUNISHMENT OF GENOCIDE. Julius Malema, on several occasions, has threatened to disrupt the march on the 25th of November and he has incited his followers, members of the Economic Freedom Fighters, to bring to the march every available weapon they can find to intimidate the farming community of South Africa, in order to force them to cancel the march. I am submitting to you again the following video evidence of Mr Malema’s speeches of inciting his followers to commit hate crimes against the farming community in South Africa: 1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmAKVQj5vSs 2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWhXzS0ZRa8 3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YphXQmQoWYs 4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6TJjyNr4h0 5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qMnhq7Tuiw 6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66YqLBUqFL4 7. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XT-YYWbcfhc 8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iME14vGs758 9. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wN7mhV12a0 10. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWhXzS0ZRa8&t=3s 11. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rh9P5XuAVTc 12. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_XSx6KeTxwo 13. https://nolstuijt.wordpress.com/2011/05/30/this-is-your-fault-julius-malema/ Mr Malema, upon becoming a Member of Parliament, took an oath of office, that he would uphold the Constitution, but he flagrantly disregards and violates our South African constitution on countless occasions and trample on the rights of a particularly farming community with impunity. When he makes these speeches of hatred inciting violence, the police, who is present, and who represents our government, does absolutely nothing. The Speaker of Parliament does not call him to account, nor the President of our country, Jacob Zuma. He is completely out of control and is a disgrace to our country nationally as well as internationally. Now if our own country, South Africa, does not hold Mr Malema accountable, I am sure the International Criminal Court will. The Bible says in: 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV) “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” Why should we fear the threats of Julius Malema? Is he greater that God Almighty? It is time that we as church leaders throughout South Africa remind him that he is a mere flesh and blood mortal, with a beginning and an end. God is in control of every situation. The Bible says in Isaiah 54:17 (KJV): “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” Whose Word do we believe? The word of Julius Malema or the Word of God? We cannot sit on the fence in this regard. We either become a participant of the march, or we remain a silent observer and watch the march on TV in the safety of our homes protected by high fences, burglar alarms and security guards. Friends, this march to the Union Buildings on 25th of November 2017, will be a seminal march in the history of South Africa. After the march, South Africa will never be the same again. We are determined to STOP THE MURDER OF INNOCENT WOMEN, CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY on our farms. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE IN SOUTH AFRICA.
