A dangerous paedophile is being given an opportunity to be released soon and we are petitioning to stop this happening. Robert McGregor is a dangerous serial child abuser and a manipulative, dangerous and deceiving individual. He was charged with many offences against children within the Inverness area and was given just a 10 year sentence in Edinburgh High Court for his serious violent abuse on 3 known victims that could be identified at he time be we know there’s been several more from pictures and videos found with him in them on his computer. The known victims were aged between just 2 and 11. His youngest victim was seriously disabled and a vulnerable boy and subjected to horrors no right minded person can fathom. He evaded detection and went on to abuse more vulnerable victims before one brave boy stepped forward and gave an indepth statement against him stopping him commit more abuse. The law in Scotland gives him the right to be liberated after two thirds of that sentence and this petition has been created to show the judge dealing with him why he should not be released at this time. Robert Mcgregor is a proven risk to the children of any community he is put in to and we have an opportunity to stop this happening to any other children. This case spanned over a decade and he cannot be rehabilitated as the serious nature of his crimes are over the course of many years and very very serious.
