Dear Supporters, 

Please read this article from SF Examiner.  The Board of Supervisors, specifically Dean Preston of District 5 and Hillary Ronen of District 9, refuse to move forward with settling the Hastings Lawsuit. Similar neighborhood lawsuits have been recently filed, with no resolution in sight. 

This is deplorable. Please express your outrage by sending emails or calling the Board of Supervisors and demand that they settle this suit. Ask your friends to do the same. We need to start recognizing that their actions are only hurting SF, its residents, and small businesses who are struggling to survive!

Change will only occur if the Board knows we care and we will take action.
