We have scheduled a meeting with a mayor for July 16 to discuss the state of homelessness and homeless encampments in the City.  

I am assembling a small group of people to participate in this meeting based on their previous experience and involvement working on the issue. If you have any specific ideas on what we absolutely have to bring up to the Mayor's attention during our meeting, please e-mail me directly at arkady@arkadylaw.com . Please avoid sharing complaints and criticisms, since everyone pretty much knows how bad things are, but instead focus on suggesting constructive ideas and solutions.
