The Wudinna Community has had no General Practitioner services since December 2021.

Doctors are desperately needed in our community to service the health and wellbeing of residents and visitors, including the care of our children and ageing family members. GP services are also required to provide accident and emergency services. 

Currently people requiring GP services are travelling over 100 km, emergencies are being transferred to Port Lincoln or via RFDS to Adelaide due to a lack of GP services in our community. 

We ask that the South Australian Government and Australian Government work collectively to secure a permanent GP service for our community and hospital.
